MD BIRO - One of the first real estate agencies in Croatia

Our company was among the pioneers in the real estate agency industry in Croatia during the early 1990s.

Since our establishment in 1993, we have been diligently handling a challenging task with utmost professionalism. Our self-imposed rules and conditions, which have now become mandatory for all due to the newly enacted Real Estate Agents Act, have been in place since the inception of our business.

Our team

Our team of real estate agents is composed of highly skilled professionals listed in the Agents Directory maintained by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.

Our real estate professionals thoroughly inspect all the properties in our offer and perform a detailed investigation of the legality of each property we offer, utilizing our extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the Croatian real estate market and laws to your advantage.

The founders of the first Real estate association in Croatia

Back in 1995, we were among the founders of the first Real estate association established in Rijeka, Croatia.

At present, we proudly serve as members of the Real Estate Association’s Board under the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, with Davorka Budimir Turković leading as the president of the Association of Real Estate Professionals in the County Chamber.

Our involvement in the development and passage of the Real Estate Agents Act has been extensive, as we strive to provide the necessary weight and security to this profession for the benefit of our clients.
